Shipping Information

We ship primarily U.S.P.S. Priority and UPS. We will not ship to a PO BOX. Most orders ship within 24 hours of order placement Monday through Friday. Priority shipping is generally 2 to 3 business days for delivery depending upon shipping address. For orders needing over night or 2nd day air, expedited shipping is available through UPS. Please specify desired expedited shipping option in the comments section. Estimated shipping prices are listed below. We do not process or ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. California state tax will be added during processing for California orders only.

 At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States. Your exact shipping charge may differ slightly, especially on Air shipping. Your final shipping charge may be adjusted due to the overall shipping / dimensional weight. If you would like expedited shipping please indicate in the comments section which express shipping option you want. Expedited shipping will not be an option at checkout so you must specify this in the comments section. We will then process your order with the express shipping amount.

Additional shipping charges will apply for orders in AK and HI. All orders with product available are shipped within 24 hours after they are received. Most orders ship within 24 hours. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday, nor will your shipment arrive on a Saturday.

We strive to ship all orders complete. If we are out of stock of your product, you will receive an email detailing the stock status within 24 hours Monday through Friday. Orders needing embroidery work require up to 10 business days before the order can be shipped.

 Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Local personal checks are accepted only inside the store.

Returns

Dear Valued Customer:

Thank you for shopping at Kombatsoccer.com! We hope you enjoy your new product and will think of us again for any future soccer needs. If you purchased shoes or clothes we recommend that you try them on indoors and on a carpeted surface to check that everything fits correctly before using them outdoors or in a practice/game setting. This will ensure that if a return/exchange is needed, that we will get the product back in the same condition it arrived to you in. As long as your item is in their original condition (with no marks, creases or wear and tear making it resalable), returned in their original packaging, and within our 30 day return policy; then we will gladly accept the product back for a return or exchange. We hope that your total experience with us has exceeded your expectations, however we realize that mistakes happen creating an inconvenience for you as a customer. We want to make this process as easy as possible so we’ve included three easy steps to quicken the process.

Return Instructions:

1. Please email us at: Maya@kombatsoccer.com with a quick explanation for the reason for needing a return. (This will make us aware of your situation so we may assist you in offering other products/sizes, checking stock on products, answering questions, or offering other suggestions/solutions).

If the reason for the return is our fault we will gladly reimburse your cost of shipping. Also we will not charge you for shipping the exchanged product back to you. We unfortunately do not have the ability to send you a return label at this time. If the reason for the return is not our fault, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

1. Ship the product to: Kombat Soccer

Please include: A copy of your Kombat Soccer invoice and write the reason for the return along with any specific return/exchange instructions. (This will help speed up the turn around time for your exchange or refund). We will not ship out any exchanges until we receive the original product back.
Team Orders: Returns and exchange are subject to a 15% service charge. All printed/embroidered sales are final unless such merchandise is defective.
